The Artist's Way Book Study

The Artist's Way Book Study In-Person

In February, we will start a twelve week journey through Julia Cameron's The Artist's Way: A Spiritual Path to Higher Creativity. This modern classic is a twelve week course in discovering or recovering your creative self. Through the readings, morning pages, artist dates, and discussions you will open yourself up to new creative experiences. This is the perfect book study for those at a cross roads in their lives. "With its gentle affirmations, inspirational quotes, fill-in-the-blank lists and tasks — write yourself a thank-you letter, describe yourself at 80, for example — The Artist’s Way proposes an egalitarian view of creativity: Everyone’s got it."

HCLS will have five copies of the 30th Anniversary edition text for check out. It is a paperback book, commonly available through bookstores and Amazon if you like to write notes in the margins. This program is for adults 18 and older.
