First Bites Workshop: Starting Solids & Preventing Food Allergies In-Person
Starting solids is a big milestone for babies, and it’s also a key window in which you can ensure their long-term health. In this workshop, Gwen Sue Hawn from the University of Georgia Extension Office will guide you through how to safely introduce solid foods and common allergens to infants. Learn how early exposure can help reduce allergy risks and support healthy eating habits. This session is ideal for new parents, grandparents, and caregivers.
