Join us as yoga teacher Helen Scovill leads us in a class that does not require you to get down on (or back up from) the floor! Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga that uses a chair for support while practicing traditional yoga poses. Although gentle, chair yoga is a great way to build strength and flexibility.
