Coping with the Stress of the Holidays In-Person
The winter holidays can be a joyful time—but for many, they also bring increased stress, loneliness, and overwhelming emotions. This is a supportive program designed to help individuals navigate the unique mental health challenges of the holiday season. Through a discussion, participants will share strategies to manage holiday-related anxiety, seasonal depression, and family pressures. Whether you're feeling isolated, burnt out, or simply need a safe space, this program offers hope, connection, and resilience for the season and beyond. This program is for adults.
